How do you fix error code 061 - Kohler Home

Xerox says error 061-310 to 061-937 are power fault. Check the power supply.

An internal error has occurred. Turn the printer off and on. If the problem is still there the laser needs to be replaced. If the machine is less than a year old then the machine will be fixed under warranty.

its a problem of dirty primary assembly or the corona and grid wires are dirty or check your front door actuators if the laser window is not open,laser can't reach the drum and will result Error 061 hope this will help

In this case make sure that the plastic tab that actuates the sensor is not broken off. If it is, try and find some way to defeat it. Other wise you will have to replace the whole transmit door assembly.
