Hello

Your bluetooth driver is not properly installed

Go to device manager in your control panel,click on bluetooth radios, right click on Integrated bluetooth module,you will see a list of options,click on update driver software

Do the same for bluetooth enumerator,update the driver as well, after updating,you will need to install the update and you may have to restart your system

Please right click the my computer and select manage, you see the management windows, there you select device manager and check your bluetooth driver there any question mark is showing, if yes then install your bluetooth driver, if no question mark is showing there then right click you bluetooth driver and select uninstall driver option, and restart your, after restarting laptop install the bluetooth driver again. if you don;t have the driver click hear and get the latest driver for you bluetooth.

please confirm me if your problem not solve, otherwise give the thumb

Bluetooth 2.1 USB nano dongle no driver
Hello,
Click here to download the driver.
Now install it on your windows 2000.

Note: Windows xp will automatically recognize your dongle without external driver. I personally recommend you to use xp

If you are using the Preinstalled version of Windows using the Recovery Disks or Recovery partition, you should be having the Bluetooth drivers.
However, you can download the drivers for the Bluetooth Hardware in your Notebook from the links provided below for Vista and XP :
