Scan setting i go through the steps to scan something to my computer
and when i get to the start scan menu i press start and nothing happens
and the computer does not ask where i would like to save scan to ( printer setting works so the printer is connected to the computer ) ?????????
I press scan, the printer asks me where I would save the file, I choose save to pc.. and Press start,.. and nothing happens, and it returns to the "scan" screen.. I have the same problem, printer goes through the motions on the menu screen, but when it says to press the green start icon to start scanning, nothing happens! very frustrating. I have no problems printing or copying.... help!
