HO2 Error??? This weekend we were watching a movie. It started to skip. I thought it was a dirty disk, took it out, cleaned it with a dry cloth and put it back. Now nothing will play. When I insert a disk it starts to revolve the machine says reading, two zeros appear and the it stops. My wife noted a message "H02" and the manual says to call for an explanation. We tried turning the machine off and on and we tried pulling the plug -- no luck. What is the problem?? Jeff

The problem with your unit is the "Spindle Motor", this motor is the one that spins the disc so the laser can read it. I sugest you to take your player to a shop, or back for service if the unit still under manufacturer warranty.
