Scanner driver, Smart Thru are installed and uninstalled successfully 2-3 times;
no CD error, printer driver from Samsung download centre also cannot be installed;
the message of installer is "the installer encoutered problems during installation" or so i.e. nothing;

i'm sorry to bother you; not started Print Spooler service was the problem;
formerly I hadn't need it and had stopped it, and now forgot to start it again;
BUT only by chance i recall this (that some service relating to printing may be stopped); there were absolutely no hints - not in Samsung installer error message, nor in system logs;
so :-)...
Why is it that I cannot install the driver with win xp? i already started to install it but still it cannot print. I repeat it again to install...but still cannot print...what really happens to this driver?
