Printer dead. The company electrian has just safety tested my printer, AOK. After attaching the leads there is no power supply although the leads test AOK. The printer is dead, it has minimal use and is only 18 months old.

I've got the ip4500, and it's internal PSU isn't very good. Doesn't like hot an humid environments, after 18 months, it wouldn't start up very reliably. I find unplugging it for 30 minutes, then plugging it in (maybe unplugging for a few seconds, and trying again if it didn't work). Sometimes have to loop this a few times.
