Cannot remove dvd

Hey my mac won't eject a disc. i have tried a lot of stuff and nothing happened. when i restart it the disk spins and doesn't sound stuck and when i used disk utility it said there was an error...

Resolution Tip: Make sure the CD or DVD disc is not in use. Quit all applications that are using files on the disc.

1) Go to control panel (either with the help of keyboard or mouse)
2) Open Mouse
3) On Button Tab Select Button Configuration ( Switch Primary and Secondary Buttons)
4) Also Check your Touch Pad Driver Software
