You should be able to test the elements with an ohmmeter. With all the power off and the unit unplugged, disconnect the wires to the elements and place the ohmmeter across the elements. You should read less than 10 ohms on all elements. If you read an open circuit across the elements then the element is gone.
Remember the elements cycle on and off during the drying cycle. Have a look at the thermostat section and thermal overload switch. Make sure they are OK. The thermal switch should be zero ohms with a cool unit. If you're not able to perform these tests, consider a repair shop. They can do the diagnostics within a few minutes and let you know the cost of the repair. Then the decision is yours.

first thing to check is your power and dont say well it runs they will run on 110 but not heat
