My closed Caption cannot be turned off
If you cannot turn it off in the menu go to menu/options and factory reset tv
Use the C C button repeatedly to select Caption O f f, C C 1,1C C 2, C C 3, C C 4, T e x t 1, T e x t 2, T e x t 3 or T e x t 4. If your remote does not have the cc button then try this. Go to menu,scroll to option select it,then go to caption/text and select off in that option.
