Error code E000003-0002 canon irc 2880i

you can=
Clear the error code in service mode
but I would inspect the following first !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SERVICE MODE
press Additional Functions Key (once)
press #2 & 8 key at the same time (release both)
then press Additional Functions Key again (release it)COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEARERR Clears error codes.
(Cleared error codes: E000, E001, E002, E003)
Operation method
1) Select this item, and press the OK key.
2) Turn the main power OFF/ON
---------------------------------------------
E003 with a sub code of 0002, which indicates that the machine detected an abnormally low temperature when the fixing heater is turned on.

Check the temperature in service mode and see if the readings for the sub thermistors under Display for FIX-E and FIX-E2 would bounce back an forth between 0 and 36 degrees repeatedly.

1-Faulty Fixing Film Unit
2-DC Controller and DC Driver
NOTE:
Before replacing such things as, the entire Fixing unit, the DC Driver PCB, AC Driver PCB, and DCON; check SW3 and it's right door actuator.
In some cases SW3 has been found to also cause E003-0002 codes (also sub code 0000).
SW3 is the Fixing unit's AC interlock switch. Sometimes the right door actuator will be bent and not fully press SW3 when the right door is closed. SW3 is a button switch located right above some of the Fixing unit's rear frame connections.
SW3 has been found to show signs of wear and have carbon build up inside it. If the right door actuator is straight and making good contact , inspect SW3 and it's AC connections. If any flaws are found after inspecting SW3, replace it. SW3's part number is, FM2-9427-000.

The image below is for reference purposes only, it points out SW3 and it's right door actuator.

Could you help me to fix on error of np6650 about e001-e003 turn on again power

E001 - E003 such problems are mainly in the fixing assembly so you need to:-
1. check for the fuser lamp if it is not broken.(if broken replace)
2. the themistor if working properly.(if broken replace)
3. cables leading to the thermistor and the fuser lamp if working well.
5. change the fixing roller if it is finished.
6. reset the machine(in case of IR1600)

How to resolve e00002-0000

E002
The main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or an open circuit. The thermal
switch has an open circuit (TP1). The fixing heater has an open circuit. The
AC driver PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty. The door switch
is faulty.

E002
0000 The temperature of the fixing film is as follows:
1. has exceeded 100°C, but does not reach 115°C within 1 sec thereafter.
2. has exceeded 140°C, but does not reach 150°C within 1 sec thereafter.
3. has exceeded 160°C, but does not reach 165°C within 1 sec thereafter.

Main cause: The fixing film unit is faulty (i.e., the main thermistor TH1 has poor contact,
or the fixing heater is faulty). The main power supply PCB is faulty.
The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Caution: To clear the error, execute the following in service mode:
COPIER>FUNCTION>FCLEAR>ERR.

Action See the description for E003.

E003
Action
1. State
Turn on the power switch, and clear E002/E003. Thereafter, turn off and
then on the power switch. Does the fixing heater operate?
NO: See "The fixing heater fails to operate."
2. Wiring
Is the wiring from the DC controller PCB to the fixing film unit normal?
NO: Correct the wiring.
3. Fixing film unit, DC controller PCB
Try replacing the fixing film unit. Is the problem corrected?
YES: End.
NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.

Inherited this 2200 w/ new political office. Was working fine and making clear copies - then error code E000000-0000. Restarted machine - tried Press * Press 2 Press 8 Press * - got nothing. Help.

E000
Indicates either of the following: the main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact
or an open circuit; the thermal switch (TP1) has an open circuit; the
main/sub heater has an open circuit; the main power supply PCB is faulty;
the DC controller PCB is fatly; the door switch is faulty.

In the case of E000 through E003, the code will not be reset when the main
power switch is turned off, requiring the use of service mode
(COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERROR).
However, if E001 or E003 is detected within 3 sec after the front door
switch is identified to have been opened or closed, the code will be reset
when the main power switch is turned off and then on. This consideration is
to prevent a service call in response to an error detected when the switch
operation is not fully stable (as immediately after turning off and then on
the main power switch).

Error E000

This is a reprint from another tech, he was right on with this...

okay lets shed some light on the E000 error code on the D680, D880, IR1300 family ( including the 1310,1330,1370,1630,1670)
The error code E00 is a memory threshold error what it means is your machine has logged 4 of the following errors, E001,E002, or E003. It is a lockout error and the machine cannot be used until the problem has been repaired or the errors cleared. First lets look at the errors:
E001 fuser over temp means the fixing assy has exceeded the manufactures maximum temp limits
E002 fuser temp dropout means the fixing assy has cooled below a set point during a copy session
E003 fuser no response means the fixing assy didn't even attempt to warm up at power on
How to fix, most common problem is bad power setting 4 E002's either brown outs of brief power failures.
To clear the error, Enter service mode by pressing additional functions then the # button, use the left or right arrow buttons to scroll to #7 printer press set. again use the arrow buttons to scroll to #4 printer reset press set. press the appropriate arrow key under the YES to clear the error. unplug the copier and reboot. At this time normal function should return if not and it resets a E00 the you can assume either the fixing assy is bad or either the power supply PCB or DC controller is bad and it is getting E001,E003 errors. At that point id call a qualified tech to research the problem to avoid spending money on excess parts

Hope that helps...
