when i install my camere a high speed usb is plugged into a non high speed appears

On your cmos/bios setup, enable the high speed usb.

Choose different usb socket from the back of your computer, mostly built in with your motherboard. Insert the usb cable of the web cam from the new usb socket.

You may also download USB 2.0 to update the driver of your usb.
