I do not know the specific brand or unit of your phone but yet I do suggests to do the following procedures to download theme on most of Nokia browser.

GO TO SITE www.ownskin.com. through mobile,computer any thing.

go to themes section.
choose your nokia cellphone model.
select the theme you like most and download it.

if downloaded via mobile then just find and apply it. if downloaded via computer sent it to mobile and apply.
While if you are using s60 series cellphone then first you need to install theme then go to tools>theme find the theme and apply it.

I got a problem with switching my mobile theme its model is nokia 5130 xpress music when i use another theme there is a massage says unable to open theme corrupted

Hi your problem to your cellphone nokia 5130,if the themes cannot be open to your cellphone or corrupted.if the themes you get from bluetooth or from download,you can't avoid to get a virus because the bluetooth or download, you need to scan from antivirus before you apply to your cellphone.if the themes cannot open or corrupted its mean not supported to your cellphone or try the others themes that same of the capacity of the phone.

How to download a themes from computer to a cellphone

Before downloading themes for your mobile, you need to create a folder on your SD card. Connect your cellphone to your computer using your data cable.
Create a folder and title it "Themes". This is where you will place and save your downloaded themes.
Find a website that offers free themes. You can find these by doing a Yahoo or Google search.
Download the theme that you like. Save it to a destination that you will remember. From here, extract the files.
After extracting the files, save or move them to the SD card folder you created ("Themes").
Disconnect the data cable from your computer. Be sure to disconnect safely by clicking the icon on your lower right task bar.
Go to your cellphone main menu by clicking the menu button. Scroll down to themes. Your newly downloaded themes should appear in the list.
Choose the theme and watch it display!

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THEMES ON PHONE

zedge.net is a website which provides you with a lot of free mobile stuffs. All you need is to sign up for an account, and its is free !!. While signing up you can choose your cellphone model, complete the sign up and start download themes , ringtones , wallpaper etc for free.
Copy all those things to memory card , then take take the file explorer or file manager in your phone, install the themes. now you can use them.
