Switch top dial to "P" or some other mode, but not "AUTO"
Press FUNC then scroll down two steps to "Drive Mode"
Then press right from single shot, to multi-shot to 10 second count-down.
Then compose the shot, press the photo shoot button and listen for the countdown beep from 10 seconds.
All done.
