motor or motor drive board or mother board problem,
if show E010 after running the main motor, check motor driver board or mother board,

Once the np 6050 is turned on it displays error code E010 switch off and on again
E010 code is main motor lock. Open front cover, Release Transport/Fixing Unit tray. Pull the tray out untill it stops. Try rotating the larger knob to see if Fixing unit will turn...if not, raise the exit/stripper assembly to check for jammed paper. If no paper present and the Unit turns freely, reinsert Transport/Fixing tray into copier. Latch into place. Close front cover. Power on machine.
It is possible that the main motor has failed, but not likely.

Once the np 6050 is turned on it displays error code E010 switch off and on again
E010 error code is a main motor lock .
Check for jammed paper in the Fixing unit.
Pull transport/Fixing Unit tray out and rotate large knob on left side to check Fixing unit for obstruction/turnability. Other than this, it could be main motor failure.....
