else,contact Sony support centre for possible hardware issues checking, certainly it's a problem with your blu-ray reader and, if it's not covered by warranty, you will need to buy a new reader
the only thing i could tell you is to try to reupdate the divers through the device manger if this does not work then you might of blown the soundcard in the machine
