for avn 5435 on the left:press menu and cont ant the same time, while holding them down press menu on the right 5 times

a menu will appear and ask you for a code. you have to call 800-233-2216 and pay $25 for the code. you will have to explain where you bought your eclipse and or know the name of the original owner. if it doesnt match they will not give it to you

hey ur radio is locked u have to send it in, they charge $40 to unlock it, there in NY, and a $10 shipping fee. You get the radio right back in a day they said. there # is 800-448-0944 its called united radio. Hey I also need some help. I just got the radio yesterday and when i plugged it said, check map disc. They said i have to insert the map disc, would u happen to have one?? my email is junevelaz@aol.com, PLease Help if u can
