HI. Google Chrome depends on Microsoft's internet connection settings and it seems that the Internet connection settings are either not working or wrongly configured. You can open Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections. Then run setup or you can check the Lan settings and see if it is configured to use any proxy server. If it is, then I would recommend you to uncheck "Use proxy server..." and use "Automatically detect...." on top and apply the settings. Once you have gone through the steps, launch Google Chrome once again and see if it is working for you or not. If it is still notworking, then go to Internet Options > Advanced Tab and reset Internet Explorer along with the personal settings. This will make Internet connection to go to the manufacturer's default settings and then you will be able to use Google Chrome once again.
Alternatively, try to open Google Chrome > Tools (icon) > Options > Under the hoods > reset to defaults.
Cheers!
