I have a Philips 29" TV with a similar problem. When I switch on after
a few seconds it goes off but not sure if it goes to standby. The
standby light is off but when I press the standby button on remote the
standby light comes on. On pressing the button again the light goes off
and the tv comes on. Is this a standby problem?
