Need IT3800 driver. Handheld scanner has power & beeps but does not scan barcode or send data to pc. Just reinstalled QB POS 9.0 on new cpu running Windows 7.

barcode scanners beep to tell you that they have scanned a valid barcode (nothing else). they will operate simply with power...the fact that it will scan a barcode does not mean that it is connected properly. how do you have this connected?

Have you scanned the configuration barcodes on the manual? For example if you are using keyboard wedge cable, you will need to scan the keyboard wedge barcode from the manual. Page 20.
