When video calling my daughter she can barely hear me. Is this from my end or hers ? She seems to think it's me but I've checked as much as a non techie can but can't suss it out at all
Go to control panel and click on SOUNDS and then VOICE and adjust the Microphone VOLUME. It sounds like yours needs to be increased. Hope this is of some help. Bud
