Error code while trying to print

I am starting to get this error when I try to print, not all the time but occasionaly. The tray is open, and not blocked or lifted up or anything

"Document printing cannot be executed because the paper output tray is closed. Open the paper output tray. Printing will restart"

Slap the printer with your right hand from the right side of the printer.This process always solves the problem. I did, it worked

i cant believe that actually worked, ive practically taken this printer apart and nothing fixed it. but that good old slap! thanks so much i could kiss u right now lol
