can u please advise if the steam holes can be unclogged it looks like my wife was leaving water inside me machine and it is now bringing out rust on clothes or it is clogged does this mean the machine is gone?

No. The machine is not gone but you may have to replace the steam compartment of the machine.. You can also try cleaning the rust.. You will need to get a pair of gloves open the steam compartment and clean the rusted area with dilute oxalic acid.. It will work more often than not..
