Jetway seems to hate to provide any sort of legacy device driver. Try using the Kworld DVB-T 210 driver from this site: http://www.nodevice.com/driver/company/kworld.html
Vista drivers of this type should work fine with Windows 7.
as of current there are no windows 7 drivers available for this card. i have researched the card and the possible drivers and the latest drivers provided for this card was for windows vista and are not backwards compatible. there is another option though...a rather inexpensive replacement is available at this address:

I don't know if this will help or not, but I received a e-mail from them with the following link for VISTA supported drivers. Even though it's for one of their other boards, Tech Support told me that they are essentially the same card. I haven't tried it as of yet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
