Hi Guys,
I have a N810 and cannot get the map loader, that i have installed on my laptop (running vista home premium) to work, i have tried all sorts of ways to connect my n810 to the laptop via the usb cable.
When i have the n810 connected to the laptop, i can access the N810 folders & the mini sd card inserted on the n810.
Every time i open the map loader, i get the same message "no storage medium detected".
Please help, i have been trying for hours !!!

Does the navman site say the software supports vista ? It may be trying to use the active sync that windows XP used... Check if their is a software update on the navman website.
