Fax Problems

Hi, I'm David, I have a problem with faxing on my CX9400. It will not send or receive faxes. It will initiate by starting to connect but it looses the dial tone and does not send or receive the fax. Thanks for your help, David

check and verify that the land line is correctly plugged into the right connector at the back of the fax.. secondly check that you actually have a dial tone.. this is not a fax problem.. its a connectivity problem.. Smiles
