The main cause for this e70 error is that the hoses would have swapped (hot to cold, cold to hot). It means the washer isn't getting cold water.Try to switch between the hoses. Another possibility is the faucets are not turned on.... Hope this solution will fix your problem for sure.

Means you are not getting cold water into unit..Either cold water hose is connected to the wrong hose or cold water faucet is not turned on..You can solve this by connecting hose to cold water faucet and cold water inlet on washer..
