I installed a mouse to my laptop, at the time the accupointer was still working the mouse was all over the place. Now, the accupointer is not working. Was up?
When you use an external mouse ensure you turn of the touch pad, it may be getting confused and acting erratic, this may be disabled automatically when you installed the other mouse ,,also ensure when using the touch pad that only one finger is touching it ,to turn it back on can be as simple as pressing the button near the touch pad,the light should come on ,or go into control panel double click on the mouse icon and turn the touch pad on (accupointer).
