WHAT DOES THE CODE BELOW MEAN

H5-01 IS THE CODE GIVEN ON A SHARP AR M 350N+

    I do appreciate that, is there a way to clear that code or do I have to call for service. That was very helpful

H5-01 means the machine has had a jam in the same place 5 times in a row.

    type in P * C * ( * = star key).



    the machine will go into diagnostic simulation mode.



    type in 14 then press the green copy key.



    the machine should reboot and hopefully now works.

I got this from https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/11039-error-code-h5-01 try it if it helps.
H5-01 means repeated paper jams on the Sharp photocopiers.
Once the paper jam is cleared properly, you need to clear the error condition.

Put it in 'Copy' mode

Press on the keypad:
P * C * 14
Click execute and press 'Yes'
Then press the 'Copy' tab.
This will reset the menu and jam condition.
