Native resolution for this monitor is 1280x1024@60Hz. You will get 'out of range' or 'format not supported' if the video resolution from PC is too high for the monitor to display.
REMOVE DISPLAY ADAPTER DRIVERS FROM DEVICE MANAGER.REINSTALL AFTER RESTART
When you power up the compute press F8 key then enter in :"Enable vga mode" then go to display property and set screen resolution to 1024*768.
Then check .
If still same then enter in safe mode and uninstall graphic driver then start computer normal mode then install graphic driver.
Also in safe mode go to start->run type in run "chkdsk /r" then press ok then press "y" then restart computer then it fix and recovers error on harddrive.
