I have a TSP700 parallel port label printer and now have a new computer with no parallel port, so I purchased an adapter;- parallel to USB, but having tried every thing, I am running, windows XP pro, I loaded the drivers using 'Add printer' , it says it is 'Ready' but will not print or can't be found by MicroStar Config Utility. Any help? Thanks Paul

You might need to fiddle around with the usb virtual printer port configuration , when you add printer. when adding a printer, uncheck the install automatically tick box, then on the NEXT page click on the drop down list of "use the following port" and try virtual port. it might work.
