You have hd65w20 selenium? this is a dt307 rca chasis. Why did you replace 257154 which is called delection sip. this has little with convergence... was convergence the orginal complant?
First when replacing the small sig. board a full convergence must be done,the other trouble is most likely the front panel buttons,this is a repair a service center must do,sorry best i can do from here
