We've had this model for almost 6 months without any problems. This morning we get up and the burner part if getting hot (under the coffee pot), the light is on, but the water isn't coming up so it's not brewing at all. If anybody can help, it would be much appreciated!!!
I did call the Black and Decker customer service number that they got us to "clean the system", which didn't work at all!!! They got us to mix vinegar and water to try and run it through the filter part, and of course it didn't go through, so we still have it. My husband went out that same night and bought a new one, so I guess I'll be calling back up there and see if we could return it for some credit or something.
