Cannot uninstall american greetins software. the install wizard will not perform the task

Go to your start up menu. Click control panel. Go to "Programs" then Click Uninstall A Program. This will bring up all the programs on your system. Scroll down to the American Greetings, click on it. You will be asked if you want to uninstall. Proceed. Be blessed.
