installed software, hooked up dazzle to mac via rca to cable... hook up usb to open imovie on mac... computer does not recognize device or vhs machine... Light on dazzle only comes on when I first boot up computer then light goes away. Please help. I have spent hours trying everything I can...I think my dazzle is not working... and needs to be replaced...

Hi and welcome to Fixyah,

Did you mean dazzle and hooked it up to your MAC machine. I guess and I understand that you need to install the driver for your MAC OS. Because dazzle can only work with Windows Operating system. Can you please tell me if that device is Pinnacle capture for MAC?
