Installation problems When I install (or try to install) the RX650 via USB my computer does not seem to recognize the printer as a printer--the message indicates that the item connected is unknown. The computer is an older model PC running Windows XP. I have been able, at times, to get both the printer & scanner operating in unison with the computer, but if I shut the system down for the night, the same problem is probably going to return the next time I turn the computer on. Since I bought this particular unit because of its ability to scan slides, at this point I feel like scanning the slides that I have and then selling (or discarding!) this all-in-one printer.
