There is no driver yet for windows 7.but download scan gear and scan gear toolbox from here:http://software.canon-europe.com/products/0000473.asp open properties,compatibility and run it in compatibility mode for xp sp2

You can get the Canon CanoScan N650U drivers from the following site
this site shows that this driver is for all versions
of windows
Download the drivers.
And install as administrator
or,
(you can also install the driver in compatibility mode also
Which means you can install the driver in windows 7
treating as windows xp.
for that right click the driver install file(Some *.exe file)
and select the properties and click on the compatibility tab
and select the versions of windows and also select"Run as administrator"

This method is generally used when some drivers running in windows xp or vista not working on windows 7
