My tom tom one has lost its maps How do I get a free map of Australia

you tom tom should have come with a serial number and an activation code.

Contact TomTom directly and you should be able to download the map through TomTom home...

Also the TomTom home app (if ever synced & registered will have an backup of ownership to the device))

Also the device it came with....
