HP printer

Question

heya i have a HP printer model C4180. It keeps telling me to turn it off and then back on again and when i do turn it off it displays the same message again.

Whenever I have an unexplained printer problem, I always find it easiest to delete the printer and readd it on my PC.  I sometimes think the printers have a mind of their own and they secretly enjoy making us turn them off and back on, repeatedly.  I would try this as a first option.
