This is because the laser has reached its amount of printable pages in its lefe time and needs to be replaced or is faulty.
There is a way of resseting this life. Get in touch and clarify if its an actual physical problem with the laser or just that its life has ran out.
Hit the go button 3 times in succesion for a print out that will tell you if it is just a life ran out problem
