The Brother HL 1850 laser jet printer says that the drum needs to be cleaned. Where is the drum and how do I clean it? Thanks for any help.
Brother had me take a tissue and wipe the drum. You can spin it with the gear on the left had side of the drum. Then they had me slide the blue tab 30 times back and forth.
Also take a soft cloth and clean the lens on the inside of the printer. First take out the drum unit. The lens in toward the back.
