volume

Question

I have a mp3 GO GEAR SA3215 and the volume button doesn't work I can turn the volume down but can' t get the volume to go back up. I have reset and restored the mp3 it doesn't help.

I'm not familiar with your mp3player but maybe check the Settings on Volume.

If that doesn't work and you can get the Volume to permanently stay up buy some Sony headphones with a volume control.

If you can't get it to work your last resort is bringing it back.
