Phone passcode:
if you haven't actually manually changed it, the password is always the last four digits of your phone number (ex. 1-555-868-2212 your password is 2212). If you manually changed it, you need to call your cell phone provider and have that worked out.

The passcode is just "0000" without the quotes of course.

Well you can use 0000 it's the default passcode of your bluetooth headset. Most of the bluetooth headset use 0000 as default passcode.

Hello my friend,do these steps

Pairing with another Bluetooth device

By pairing your KU990 and another device,
you can set up a passcode protected
connection. This means your pairing is
more secure.
1 Check your Bluetooth is On and Visible.
You can change your visibility in the
Settings menu.
2 Touch Paired Devices then New.
3 Your KU990 will search for devices.
When the search is completed Refresh
and Add will appear on screen.
4 Choose the device you want to pair with
and enter the passcode then touch OK.
5 Your phone will then connect to the other
device, on which you should enter the
same passcode.
6 You passcode protected Bluetooth
connection is now ready.

Using a Bluetooth headset
1 Check your Bluetooth is On and Visible.
2 Follow the instructions that came with your
headset to place your headset in pairing
mode and pair your devices.
3 Touch Yes to Connect now. Your KU990
will automatically switch to Headset profile.

Try the default passcode for many devices that is 0000, this could work for you. Much headsets have the same default passcode that is 0000. Remove the pairing with the device prior to make a new connection.

Forgot my passcode for my bluetooth
base on my experience on using the bluetooth on any mobile phone.. there is no permanent passcode in it.. you can set any passcode everytime you make a connection to another phone.. if someone you know sent you a file thru bluetooth the connection will ask a passcode from then you type any passcode then make sure you tell the sender what password you set on your bluetooth to make the connection..

Lost my passcode
Dear lishey

Righteo, your passcode as default is 0000, all you do is try to pair your phone or bluetooth enabled device to your headset using this passkey and it should work. If not, discharge the device by simply running out the battery (leave the thing on all the time) then try to enter your new bluetooth passkey again, the headset is defaulted to only pair with one device ata time, so therefore your headset is unlikely to be bluejacked (bluetooth hacked).

If this does not prove sucessful, then please do let me know, and i will personally work with you in order to resolve this quickly for you.
