Jumpy monitor can anybody tell me why monitor image is jumpy. this monitor is about 5 yrs old and this just startined happening . if i turn computer off a while the issue is resolved but only for about 10 minutes and it starts all over again. is this a monitor issue or more like the hard drive. please help thankyou
