The 550 indicates the mail was blocked and the 5.1.1 is an additional indicator as to why. I don't have the 5.1.1 code, but the most common reason for a picture to be blocked is the size of the picture. Today you can get away with up to about 2MB picture, after that some servers will reject the picture. If yo MS Office, use the picture manager utility to resize the picture down. Then re-attempt the send.
