My computer crashed. I had it fixed and when I got it back sims 2 double delux was gone. Cant't find my access code or manual to reinstall. I have all the games that go with this program and now can't play any of them. I have the disc and the case to prove I bought it. Please help.
Wow, that sounds bad. EA prints the access codes on the manuals and I think each game disc has it's own code. If you registered the games you might be able to contact EA and recover the codes or get new ones.
Have you tried using a code from another game disc? It probably won't work but it won't hurt to try. I have double deluxe and most expansions.
