It appears that you have a drain pipe problem. Check that the hose is not restricted ( kinks etc) Get a good drain cleaner that you can use in you machine and clear the gunk out of the hose. Contact simpson dealer for a compatible product to do the job as some drain cleaners react with the steel and hoses.

If you are saying the ac is dumping water into the cabin floor, the drain tube is probably stopped up. The tube should be under the car near the passenger's feet. You would insert a coat hanger or other stiff object to clean out the tube.

If it can't drain, it won't spin. There may be something preventing the pump from draining in the Pump filter. You will need to clean it.
