How do I correct this message?:

It happens when a video (usually a .WMV file) tries to play in the browser. If this can't be fixed, how do I set it so that videos play in external players outside the browser?

These error messages may be caused by the WORM_KLEZ.E virus, or one of its variations.
Go to trendmicro.com and run their free online virus scan. It can take a couple of hours to run and you must be connected to the internet.
It that doesn't do it let me know.
