So if the ms7528 mobo is not sfe to overclock... but i use like AVGA precision to OC my graphics card(9800GT) would that still cause conflicting problems somehow? I'm new to the OC'ing. I Is it safe to overclock a 9800gt, being supported by a ms-7528 mobo? 2 gigs of ram AVGA precision only effects the graphics card right?

I have never used this mobo before have others had problems with overclocking? you could try updating the BIOS/Firmware this might solve the problem. You are correct in saying that AVGA will only overclock your GFX card the bast way to overclock is go up a few Mhz at a time and test it when you hit a point were the PC becomes unstable go back a few steps so your not running it on its limit
