I have a sub-zero model 532 where the fridge lights will not come on. I replaced the bulbs alll 4 are new. The freezer lghts still work.

The ref. door switch may be at fault.
Flip the switch several times and see if the lights come on.
If so replace the switch.

Also if the grille on top is removeable check and see if the wires to the door switch are disconnected.
