How do I clean the printer? The black ink is threequarters empty, the coloured ink is fine. Print is non-existant with the black ink and I can't find anything that tells me what to click on to clean it?

Open the status monitor, go to maintenance and click head cleaning. its better to do head cleaning 3 consecutive times f you have print problems like that, although it would waste so much ink. Good luck.
